Michael Kitces is a Partner and the Director of Research for Pinnacle Advisory Group, a private wealth management firm located in Columbia, Maryland that oversees approximately $1.8 billion of client assets.

In addition, he is a co-founder of the XY Planning Network and New Planner Recruiting, the former Practitioner Editor of the Journal of Financial Planning, and the publisher of the popular financial planning industry blog Nerd’s Eye View through his website, dedicated to advancing knowledge in financial planning. In 2010, Michael was recognized with one of the FPA’s “Heart of Financial Planning” awards for his dedication and work in advancing the profession.


Ron Insana, Senior Analyst & Commentator  - CNBC

Program: Field of Dreams 

Ron Insana covers the most pressing economic and market issues of the day. He also delivers The Market Scoreboard Report to radio stations around the country.

For nearly three decades, Insana has been a highly respected business journalist and money manager, who began his career at the Financial News Network in 1984 and joined CNBC when FNN and CNBC merged in 1991.

Vanguard’s global team responsible for developing the firm’s investment methodology as well as publishing proprietary research on a variety of investment, economic, and portfolio management issues. In his current role, he has written numerous research papers, primarily focusing on retirement, advice, and portfolio strategy. Mr. DiJoseph also serves on the Global Retirement and Investor Behavior working groups. He regularly acts as an ambassador for Vanguard, speaking at various client and other events on a range of investment topics.

Macdonald 'Mac' Etugbo, Executive Director, Senior Experience Owner, Digital Advice - USAA Financial Planning and Advice

Mac is currently part of the Financial Planning and Advice team within the Financial Advice and Solutions Group (FASG).  He is responsible for understanding the needs of those members choosing to primarily interact with USAA through our digital channels for their financial advice, planning and investment needs.   He works closely with the Experience Design, Digital Product and FASG's Integrated Solutions teams to align concepts and product strategy to the implementation and delivery of an engaging digital advice and investing experience that can seamlessly connect with human advice.


Aaron Alley, CFP, Regional Director - Dimensional Fund Advisors

Program: Communicating Investment Principles (aka A Different Way to Invest

As a regional director in Dimensional’s Financial Advisor Services Group, Aaron Alley is responsible for oversight of the firm’s conference and event experience.  In this role, he helps drive the strategy around advisor education, conference content, speaker training and industry event participation.

Before joining Dimensional, Aaron was a financial advisor on a private wealth management team at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Los Angeles.  Prior to becoming an advisor, he was an assistant vice president and analyst at Citigroup Private Bank.  A CRP professional, Aaron earned his BA in economics from the University of Illinois.
